C-space is a not-for-profit organisation, focussed on helping the third
sector with property issues.

Our vision is for the best stewardship of property occupied by the sector.

Our purpose is to empower the third sector to administer property effectively and efficiently, and support the making of wise property decisions which maximise resources and aid the organisations beneficiaries.

C-space was launched in May 2005, although it's members have been helping Charity Trustees with property for many years. C-space aims to develop and provide signposts to aid decision makers in the identification and solution of property issues. This will be achieved through a web based information service in our 'signposts' section and optional referral to advisors.

The 'signposts' section will when launched, help save resources by supporting your charity, social enterprise, Church or voluntary organisation through a downloadable checklist process to make wise property decisions, and effectively empower your organisation to target more of your own resources, towards your beneficiaries.

Requests for advice and further help are referred to professional firms, who share
our vision, behave with integrity and have expertise and experience in dealing with a wide range of issues on behalf of third sector organisations.

experts and members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS),
must make clear to you that these signposts are generic and for guidance only, and will not address every issue that your unique property and unique circumstances require you to consider
