We are your first port of call for Property help. As Chartered Surveyors in General Practice and development, we have an overview of property and will ask you questions to ensure that you are making the best use of your property and resources.

C-space has been active since May 2005, referring a number of Charities to our Directors and other professionals in our network, often for some free initial advice. A number of these organisations have asked for additional help, which has been provided for them on a cost-effective basis. This results in increasing revenues and receipts, maximising resources and saving money. We hope soon to host case studies to explain more our expertise and the results our network is achieving for the third sector.

As we grow and funding improves, we intend to improve our website to provide basic and generic information free to Charities. (Beyond the initial discussions, fees will be levied, but our aim is always to produce results that benefit). In the meantime, please refer to our Checklists page or Contact Us.
